Talking to personal experience, college is really a load to everyone not only that but even also elementary and high school. Poor families are really having a hard time adjusting to the expense rising.

Even if you are not an Einstein you can avail this. If your general average is 75% and above, you are qualified for the exam. As an scholar myself the test is easy just pray and do your best.
I can say that this scholarship is the best because you won't pay a single cent, free books, free miscellaneous fee and even free lunch. Isn't that great or what? I've been to many scholarship program but this is definitely the real deal. You only have to study your lessons well and maintain that 2.00 as your general average to keep you as an scholar.
